WMH and its affiliates are pursuing highly selective breeding programs with unique studs and bitches. Therefore, we will usually have a small number of dogs available for sale and early inquiries about our breeding schedules are highly recommended.

Amboss is a three year old male and has been with Peter Koch since birth. He was the winner of the 2003 HZP LG Bayern with an excellent result of 191 points. He successfully passed the German Hunting Utility Exam and achieved 314 points at the VGP LG Nordbayern. Peter has been particularly pleased with Amboss when hunting wild boars and deer in Germany where the dog has proven his courage and excellent blood tracking capabilities. Amboss is a highly confident dog with well balanced character and fits perfectly into family environments. Amboss may not be used for reproduction within Germany. Other certified Master Hunters may become available during the season. If you are interested in acquiring a fully trained and certified Master Hunter, let us know and we will advise you of dog type and timing for availability

Most of the dogs from the WMH-affiliated kennels will enter formal training and become available only after the German Versatile Hunting Tests. However, on selected occasions, we will consider selling puppies to experienced hunting dog owners who commit to promoting the versatile hunting aspects of the breed. If you wish us to hold a pup for you, we require a deposit and letter stating your background and preferred sex. We will do our best to notify you when a breeding takes place and subsequent litter is expected.
